You are getting wayyyy too far ahead of yourself.

This terd scam company is NOWHERE NEAR being self-sufficient. The jackass CEO Steve Scamlaty has been making money for the last 10 years primarily through shelf offerings. Once there's too many shares outstanding he does a reverse split. Then the routine starts over again.

The jackass CEO puts out literally the same exact PR about the petri dish experiment every year or so to generate hype. Once the share price gets pumped he shats all over shareholders with another offering. Rinse and repeat.

There is no real effort being made to being a self-sufficient target acquisition for Moderna. I don't think Moderna has ever even heard of them and if they took one look at SBFM they would laugh and move on.
