Anyone know what's the situation with the California stem cell case?

1) The CA stem case has NOTHING to do with this FLORIDA based scam - this scam is under PERMANENT FEDERAL INJUNCTION per the 11th circuit appellate court and their jurisdiction - what happens in CA has ZERO affect on FL and the states governed by the 11th circuit appellate footprint.

2) What's happening in CA ? NOTHING LOL !!
It's a federal court case - the judge Jesus Bernal can literally take AS LONG AS HE WANTED to render his written verdict. His docket is stacked and back-logged, so the dude is in no hurry with some bullshit civil case.

3) Whichever way the CA case goes or is decided - IT WILL BE APPEALED to add 2 more years from the day Bernal renders a decision. Bernal is known for being overturned a LOT by the 9th Circuit aka The 9th Circus appellate who covers CA - that's how screw-ball Bernal is and known for going off the reservation. He gets overturned a LOT on appeal.

Either way (contrary to myths and misinformation) - nothing in CA has a damn thing to do with FL BK BUSTED BROKE one man show Mike Michael Miguel Tomas shell of a rent-a-desk USRM LOL !!

And no - they ain't got a "veterinary" division or any of the other bullcrap Mikey peddles. He's at a $90 buck a month rent-a-desk and likely never even shows up there.

They are losing in court so far over the $1.4 mil (plus 18% interest accruing - so make it closer to $2 mil by the day as the interested alone is now in the $100 of thousands owed !!) DEFAULTED DEBT they owe Brenda Leonhardt.

She's kicking their ass in court so far - so this entire POS likely ends up BK (it's BK on paper already) and will be lucky to remain a busted broke shell at best :)

They have numerous other debts in default - and no way to pay um either LOL ! This scam is a 3 legged stool - one leg is busted off and the 2nd has a bad crack and is about to break, making it just about game over LOL !!

99.99% TOTAL LOSSES to the common shares while Mikey clears how much salary and "bonuses" and dilution per yr on this con job ???

He hasn't even updated the damn OTC site or company POS website to show BORMAN AS CHAIRMAN and that "announcement" was what - like 2 plus months ago now WTF ???

The dude as "CEO" doesn't give a damn and won't barf up a $100 bucks to make a literal 2 minute change to a website WTF AGAIN ??
