The timing and location of this year's Shareholder meeting are interesting. This year's Shareholder meeting is a week after ASCO and at a hotel. This is unprecedented in my experience with Cel-Sci. Is Geert expecting a large audience?

"Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the shareholders of CEL-SCI Corporation (“CEL-SCI”) will be held at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner located at 7920 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA 22102, on June 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time."

The 2020 meeting was virtual and the 2021 SHM was hybrid with the in person meeting at the Boone Blvd. location:

"Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the shareholders of CEL-SCI Corporation (“CEL-SCI”) will be held at 8229 Boone Blvd., Suite 802, Vienna, VA 22182 and virtually via the Internet, on July 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time."

Usually there are about 40 attendees including Cel-Sci employees and the half dozen or so which I attended were all at the 4820-C Seton Drive, Baltimore, MD location which was more than adequate.

Many between 2001 and 2009 were in Europe after Codfather_59 confronted Max about his stock sales at the 2000 meeting.
