Lol at a white paper from pct.
Three main issues.

They don't have the expertise to right a meaningful white paper.

They don't any money to have a meaningful white paper written for them.

The only data they have is completely and solely created and vetted by themselves, for themselves.

In other words, they can't do it and if they tried there's no credibility.

It would likely backfire epically.
