I saw the filling and the statement made by the accounting firm and it is really fishy tho. I am certain the account firm was sharing the same bed with Mikaelian until someone didn't get laid last night and divorce was filed. You know divorces, they go nasty and couples begin to throw each other flaws on the streets and in court... No different in here... Now, I can't believe Mikaelian is soooooo dumb to believe this was going to be covered up forever... The SEC is on his head... Well, some con artists are kinda stupid tho... Maybe he thought this account firm was going down the road with him!!! lol.. Anyways, I ain't wasting my time calling/emailing him, if allegations are true (You aren't guilty until proven otherwise in court), he will lie to me like a whore found on the husband's bed cheating with a dude AND still denying it... LMAO..
