They have authorization to release up to 300 Million shares now. Only 72 Million shares have been released to the market. That means that the company can dump on the market on Monday 228 million shares if they wanted to and dilute the share price to hell. If they have authorization to release up to 1000 million shares that means they can dump even more shares into the market making GME stock movement look much worst then AMC with only 500 million shares in the market. Dilution will make GME stock a $5 stock again. If you guys cant see that you are fooling yourselves. The only positive move to increase the outstanding shares to 1000 million shares is to give the shareholders a forward split of 3+ for 1 in the form of dividends which will ignite the MOASS because of the billions of illegal naked shorts held by C(sh)itadel and other criminal HF organizations.
