I would not argue your point that she splits off to SCILEX as probability would be against me. However, she as EVP will still report to Dr. J as COB.
What will be interesting is to see if SCILEX HOLDING occupies a floor of Sorrento Gateway and if "the company" SORRENTO holding company pulls out other pieces as separate entities that can grow or fold. Could the company offically change to SORRENTO Holding Company?

Sorrento Gateway, broke ground in the third quarter of 2021 and construction is anticipated wrap up in early 2023. Unless BTD greatly reduces the FDA approval time frame large scale manufacturing of SEMEXA will not be until 3rd or 4th Quarter 2023, great timing.

But what about COVI-STIX sales? No one still knows. But now that I know you were a CFO I will have a question for you early next week concerning sales and the responsibility of a corporation to report large sales that impact a company to the shareholders.
