We don't know if these are new hires, replacements or a combination of the two.

However, Marc, the CFO who just left Elite, stated in one of the CC's last year that expenses were up the previous quarter due to quote "increased head count".

The last annual 10-K was filed on June 14, 2021. The 10-K's always list the current full-time employees as opposed to the quarterly reports. In that 10-K it states, "As of June 7, 2021, we had 43 full-time employees."

So if Elite sticks to the same 10-K filing timeline for this year we'll know how many full-time employees Elite has in just 6-7 weeks and if it's an increase, decrease, or the same.
