Really don't know. For all intent SCILEX resides within SORRENTO after all is said and when the OS is expanded SORRENTO will own Scilex Holding Company to the tune of 70%. Will SCILEX be on a floor (rent space) of the "SORRENTO" building or expand its facility? She can change chairs, floors, buildings or companies BUT...she still reports, maybe by dotted line, to Dr. Ji the Chairman of the Board of both companies.
SORRENTO IS A HOLDING COMPANY. I can foresee SORRENTO HOLDINGS with a lot of branches that include SORRENTO LABS and SCILEX Holding company (curious name... that makes me wonder if SORRENTO could be absorbed).
