As a longtime shareholder/trader here (albeit a non believer in fairy tales) I have to ask myself the following;

How is it possible that Musk can put together all filings for an almost $50 Billion buyout/takeover in a timely manner and Cooley can’t even put together a merger/collaboration with a company that will be traded in Pinkyland for almost a year now??

Enquiring minds what to know;

Still waiting to eat my words of doubt.
