I fear that that stockman is overly optimistic, in-bed with them, or mis-informed. This group has been riff with problems. I know this imtimately. My prediction is that they will be sued by one or more former "officers" of the company, and investors for improprieties with the SEC filings that will surface. Have you look at their filings?
An organization is only as good as its past and it people. This company has tried to grow on the discarding of their best people, and bridging to bridges financially. Unfortunate as the digital revolution is surely taking hold. Their page views and hits are very suspect, look for longterm trends not those supplied for a short "fixed" period of time.
I can think of several more worthy platform companies, even beyond the obvious of thePlatfor, BrightCove, and Maven....

I state this as factual and will to be proven over time. Heck I hired this group to create a "digital uploading site" for ranking etc. - before YouTube even existed. I got virtually nothing except grief and a lighter wallet. If you can't fulfill a "small" project, how can they execute large ones necessary to make a mark.
This story isn't over. Many of the big buyouts are big busts. Think Time-Warner / AOL,.... Google / YouTube (believe me they are seriously messed up). Given the option of 30-40 serious content delivery platforms I'd rank them about 36. All the money in the world cannot create inspired creativity. It is actually the opposite, ergo Digital VanGoughs,....look for them...
