For the year ended 2013, revenue of $6 million was reported for Patten Energy Enterprises, Inc. Transaction is subject to definitive documentation. Amerilithium will be maintaining its Lithium and other mining assets in order to retain their value. Ryan Troup of Circadian Group acted as the public relations advisor in the transaction. Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTCPK:IENG) entered into an definitive agreement to acquire Patten Energy Enterprises, Inc. from Ezekiel Patten on November 20, 2014. Under the terms of agreement , Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc. will issue 0.95 million shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock as consideration. Scott E. Linsky of Lucosky Brookman LLP acted as legal advisor for Integrated Energy Holdings, Inc. Amerilithium Corp.
