I am always intrigued how the outstanding shares really works? How can Lynas have $902 Million O/S and $NIOBF only have $264.9 Million O/S shares and be so far apart in share price? I assume I am missing something but O/S should come into play on the share price eventually? The reason I am happy for Lynas investors is this gives me hope for what is to come( hopefully) for $NIOCORP. You cannot hold down an sleeping giant forever! I was at an annual $Niocorp meeting in 2017 and remember Mark Smith saying he thought Niocorp share price should be in the $5-$6 dollar range way back then on what we had.
