Many gutter note providers provide kickbacks to senior management and board members of companies they receive cheap shares in. Do we think that GS provides the Moore family kickbacks? My personal opinion is that this might be the case with $INND. I've sent a tip to the I.R.S suggesting they look into the tax records of Mattyboy, Mark, Kim and Mattboy's wife and in-laws on the suspicion of tax fraud and evasion.
I believe that illicit funds might be flowing into their bank accounts in strict violation of I.R.S and SEC laws. If this is the case, the paper trail would also lead back to Gabe at GS Capital, which would be a crime as well.
When this company collapses, there will be no way to hide the financial and tax records and hopefully they will show what many already suspect -- that the Moore family are criminals. The records are already pretty clear about Mark Moore. They show litigation and lost licensing and a long past of questionable (fraudulent?) behavior. That's why Mattyboy is running the company, because daddy Mark can't!
I think that the whole family are scumbag criminals as well as all of the enablers Mattyboy hires to pump the stock.
