Zen, Yes I did say that GE disallowed TKO from giving guidance. positively correct & reconfirmed later in the day. I was also told there would be a conference call in the next few weeks. Re guidance, I believe I said IMO it will be shortly, I hope I am correct. I doubt if anyone other than a senior officer of the Co.knows for sure. I think that any major news release such as EDS, Homeland Security, Trendwest, Earthlink, The School Security systems,MST, or a Major Retail Alliance, could well lift the stock again. It is imperative that the PPS moves up to $5.00 & stays above 5.00 for 15 days for Nasdaq listing.
