We are in the year 2022. Many Companies have "contracted Employees" and gone are the days where everyone is on a permanent payroll. Contracted employees come in and get the Job done and leave. Tons of Construction workers are considered contract employees. Once the job is finish, whether they are building a home, or highway, they move on. SANP/FRANK has figured out how to get his mission complete without having salaried employees working for him. Makes all the money sense in the world. He was able to temporarily hire tech's that helped get the BITCOIN ATM's from point A to point B. We are not living in the 70's, 80's and 90's anymore with outdated business rules. You can get the job done these days without employees and again, you can contract out work which is a more cost effective way of getting the jon done in 2022.
