99% of the 8Ks are for issuing more shares which is diluting the stock.

How does a person become a Billionaire.

Start multiple Company's and sell billions of shares, make your self look like your doing a great job with a personal web page, but don't show how you got the money without reading thousands of 8Ks between all the companies to see how many shares have been sold off and for how much the company(ceo) got for it.
