I am not sure when the tickets went on sale but the increase of shares occured mid-late Jan. The do not get all the revenues from the ticket sales. They do have to pay the people who own the venues. Figure 1500 people per concert (4) X say $30 a ticket is $180,000. less the venue fees, $ paid to the artist, etc. That is not a ton of cash so issuing shares is not unrealistic or a sign of poor management IMO. I for one will be calling the T/A often and will bail if they increase to much more.
