Also, to refresh everyone’s memory mgos posted this on March 14th this year:

“Also, in my opinion, I have a feeling some of this mess has to do with 2nd incorporated entity that was formed in DE on 4/13/2020 (File # 7934224). I recall either Ben or TDS stating that this was done incorrectly and they should have stayed with the first CLST Holdings, Inc. (formed 4/1/1993 with an entity or file number 2331328). These can be verified by doing a DE corporation search.

They both have the same entity name (CLST Holdings, Inc.) but different numbers. I need to go back through my notes from 2020. Does anyone else remember how this went down?”

This could very well be the issue that has to be corrected! THAT should be an easy fix in my opinion.
