This is after the 'Our Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation'. So buy the stock please but refer to the amended articles of incorporation because you most certainly get screwed. At least he has the decency this time to warn potential buyers that they have a propensity to screw shareholders. LOL Basically Jason wants to behave like a criminal and not be held personally liable. Going forward that is... like he already envisions not being able to control himself.
