No... but i do have a few thoughts on this...
1. bioamber was looking to sell Sarnia to get cash flow positive.. (new info)

2. doing a patent search ( after all these years ) a few were transferred to LCYB but not all of them. The one that covers the PROCESS of making the acid is still owned by BioAmber. Inc. and of course the one that Cargill / Bioamber own together.

3. We do not have closure of the lawsuit that will eliminate Bioamber as a defendant in the case.

so we wait some more is all i can say at this point.
