Except FARMATSEVTIK seems to either be based in:
Kazakhstan
or
Uzbekistan
or both. Are they based in Armenia too? I'm coming up dry in Armenia.

Some people think the company was sold. Others think product was sold. Frankly, I do not know what is going on. In any event, our shares were never involved if part of the company was involved. It would be like selling to someone; the Golden Gate Bridge. None of us ever approved the sale of our shares.

As far as product, I have no idea what was not properly recorded. Weinberg probably has not resigned for no good reason. Something upset them.

I'd be careful here. Mikaelian, at the very least, is pursuing a very destructive business plan. He has increased the shares from about 1/4 billion to over 2/5 billion in about 3 months. All the while paying himself over 2 mil a year in money he is not earning. It seems like he is trying to get as much as quickly as possible and leaving shareholders out to dry.

Shareholders have every right to be upset. It would not be coherent to be contented with what is going on. It would be pure insanity if any shareholder were happy with the way the company is run.

Changes have to be made. And soon.
