What do you think caused the anemic revenue?

Assets are a red herring at SGLB. As of 3/31/2022 total assets were $11.754 million. $9.278 million of that was cash. Not cash from sales but cash from selling equity. $9.278 million is down from $16.843 million a year ago. Total assets then were $19.031 million. They are burning through an average of $1.89 million in cash per quarter over the last year. Probably not a problem since shares are way easier to produce than sells. Sigma is not an investment. It is a gamble on swings including deceptive press releases and shady share sells.

I wouldn't be surprised if the collapse in revenue is not just the new CEO clearing the deck this quarter in order to make things looks better over the next year. Looks like typical postponement of revenue to me.

Subtracting out cash, Sigma's total assets are $2.476 million as of 3/31/2022.
