I believe the word of the day is "imminent" Mark, Jim and Scott are very likable guys. You want to root for them as they know know their stuff inside and out...But for some reason cannot get this deal closed. I am as shocked as anyone as I thought this was going to get financed around 2018ish timeframe. Mark and Jim are on a ton of advisory boards that have a lot of pull. I I have enjoyed the annual meetings but lets go already. If they cannot make it happen then either do a buyout or partner with a heavy hitter A.S.A.P.
