“Funny you say that because until yesterday SNM had been in default with Nevada (no filings for 2 years) Bullittpoint Properties also got a $175,400 loan then defaulted on their LLC in FL a month later. Loan info on that one says he employed 10 people at $840k in annual salaries which I would find extremely hard to believe. Interesting though that the bullittpoint "asset" of movies and "debt" of $486k owed to Lowman in 36 months for the acquisition by SNM of his own company was disclosed but the $175,400 PPP loan for bullittpoint was not disclosed. Another "clerical error" ???”
