I was not aware that the filing for an AS increase goes into effect immediately. Really it comes down to whether they are interested in converting or not. They haven't made any indication that it would occur. Haven't made any moves to increase AS. With approximately 700k OS and an AS of 1 billion.....they could realistically dilute to total AS and the float would still be favorable in comparison to most OTC stocks.

Guess we'll see what happens. But for this to drop beyond the previous .0015 floor of the past year and a half, significant dilution/conversion would have to occur, imo.
