Good morning to all

How will we vote on this reverse split which they say they can do it anytime with in 1 year of the meeting on June 1. 2022 well It's not Rocket science it will happen probably with in a week of the meeting on June 1. So they can stay on the NASDAQ

Plus it's a crap move and there's no way it will just be 2:1 they will push it to the limits and go 20:1 on the reverse split so they can take there sweet time on what ever they are doing.

IMHO everyone should vote NO on the Reverse split so they will just have to work harder on getting this stock out of the dirt.
Would like to know what other shareholder's think on this just looking for other opinions
