Chinese display module supplier Ostin Technology Group prices US IPO at $4

Ostin Technology Group, a Chinese supplier of display modules and polarizers, raised $14 million by offering 3.4 million shares at $4, as expected.

Ostin Technology Group designs, develops, and manufactures TFT-LCD modules in a range of sizes, as well as customized sizes to fit the specifications of it customers. Its display modules are mainly used in consumer electronics, outdoor LCD displays, and automotive displays. The company also manufactures polarizers used in the TFT-LCD display modules, and is in the process of developing polarizers for an OLED display panel.

Ostin Technology Group plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol OST. Prime Number Capital and Shengang Securities acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
