I know SVTE deregistered 2 years ago, and the executives of SVTE started a new private company, and are doing all of their previous business through that private company.

And this was all explained months and years ago, so what more do you think you're going to find out?

SVTE is never going to make filings. That's the whole point of DEREGISTERING.

The only people who claim there will be filings in the future are the shell-shocked speculators & promoters who got caught holding these worthless shares, and are shocked simply shocked that a dishonest penny stock CEO tricked them.

Anyone know anything? Or even know if they will be moving forward to filings or something
