There is absolutely nothing that shows that this company won't go bankrupt. they haven't been profitable ever, only Fatshark has been, but as pointed out earlier RCAT didn't buy Fatshark, just the soon-to-be-obsolete parts of it.

Rotor Riot was bought at the brink of bankruptcy. Teal has squandered millions of dollars in the last few years. The other companies that were bought look equally bleak financially. And the revenue trend is decreasing YoY, while stock bonuses paid to executives are higher than the revenue.

The reverse merger price was over $4. We're now in the 50% decline, where a lot of resistance will be because lower than $2 none of the owners will sell shares, and they hold most of the control over the stock price. But eventually they will have no choice but to sell shares, to finance ongoing operations and bonuses.
