I don't see anything other than a surprising financial report, after they filed to suspend reporting... Look at the quarterly report and attorney letter from Sept last year - the current Chinese holder even stated in the report that it is an empty shell. Until something is merged in, it will remain a shell with zero operations.

"The issuer does not have any current operations. It is a shell company currently seeking an operating project of merit."

And with zero information as to what that unknown company and operation may be, this will keep dropping from lack of interest. down almost 25% today and at a 4 month low.
