It is a holdings company that currently owns Real Estate, Hotels, Bitcoin Mining, Start up businesses along with existing cash flow businesses and now buying one of the biggest architecture firms in the USA. Plus by end of year will be mining 100s of millions of $s in bitcoin. You are asking for financing? So how do we pay the financing and the vig% that comes with financing? Think about it. If we didn't pay off the $60 million owed recently to a financer then we would be giving them discounted shares and they would dilute it down to nothing.
