Well nobody should ever bet the farm on any stock....much less an OTC.

I am a little confused on where you get this 2.8b shares. OS is currently a shade under 700m, so a conversion wouldn't get anywhere near that number. Not to mention that AS is only a billion, so any conversion would have to come after other filings. Considering acquisitions are already in the works, I don't see any imminent OS increase on a large scale.
