How late are the filings for ROAG, I guess it depends on what due date you make up! The most recent late filing states the report will be filed within 5 days of the due date, that report was dated 4/1/2022. Apparently you just make up the due date as you go along because the late filings back from November state the same, that the report will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the due date. Maybe I don't don't know how to read a calendar but I would say were a little past 5 days but again, some people use the term, "fuzzy math", if you remember one of our former presidents would say that quite a bit so maybe were in the fuzzy due date business now! Even the most patient individual has to be somewhat disgusted by now, it's going on a half a year with no financials!!
