I was Wrong. Customer 1 is 98% of accounts receivable, so they owe $1.17M. Page F-28 10k.. Customer 1 is only buying 40k worth of test kits, or Equipment, services etc. each year.

Test Kits seem to be the main revenue generator based on the Audit report, and for cost of goods sold.

Customer 1 = Kristin Comella = their OWN STEM CLINIC that CEO Miguel "$100 buck a month rent-a-desk Mike" aka do nothing scam-master "gave to her" for free (THAT is in the filings, in plain English).

It's not complicated :)

They ALWAYS sold crap "to themselves" and booked it as "sales or costs to the parent company penny stock" aka this 99.98% loser stock = part of the BIG USRM CON.

CUSTOMER 1 = U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC = their big "customer" = themselves.

This POS penny stock "used to" own 49% of that clinic, until Mikey "gave it" away 100% free and clear to lil Kristy aka the fake PhD who got this scam sued and now under permanent injunction by the FDA-DOJ.

They don't sell enough crap to pay even a month's worth of their massive debt expenses + interest + massive salaries + lawsuits that never end + lawyer fees + SEC filing + all the other "bullshit" this now ONE MAN SHOW spends money on.

Check the latest dilution numbers - they sell and dump shares, that is their real and only "business" they ever conduct LMAO !! Miguel reverse split this POS by 1 for 1000 in late 2015 and wiped every shareholder/bagholder in the process and left barely a million shares outstanding.

USRM-a-CON is cracking 600 MILLION shares of toilet paper as of today (600X more shares just since late 2015 as they produce(d) NOTHING of value and no sales and no products etc) = textbook worthless dilution mill and share printing machine, aka OTC trash-n-scam !!

That's the "story" and it's a bad one as always on this POS :)
