Ok management bought 28M preferred shares. Why they dont buy in the open market? This wouldnt raise the OS! The secret is in the voting rights. Mgmt got 100 rights per share. This means they have voting rights of 2.8B shares which is more than the OS by date. This means no shareholder meeting and so on (which is negative). But on the positive site it is a sign that they couldnt raise AS because the would loose the majority of the voting rights
