I too have got no "real human person" response either, thru calls ,or emails (except first time automated email response)...
I emailed them again, saying they should give a positive PR with meat on bone on May 6th with mullen blimp flying in background... since that is day hindenburg blimp blew up... subtle poetic justice.
So far communication department with shareholders is beyond poor, it is non existent. Eventually this must improve must !
