Go back to the filings and 8ks since last June. Total the number of shares at the offering price and you'll get near $100 Million. That's not including the latest $75 Million shelf offering.

Almost. $100 Million offerings killed the PPS from $10 down to $0.25

Where did that money go? Some went back to buy back shares by ceo to pump it back from 0.25 to 0.94 just to crash it back to .44 with shelf offering.

CEO is so claimed Billionaire, so why do so much offering?
