Whether the reverse will or will not happen might be secondary to the weight of the 14c filed. I believe that people in general deal better with the known than the unknown.

The last 14c remained open for 12 months at which time an 8k was filed to proceed forward with a 1,000:1 reverse. It was subsequently cancelled roughly 5 months later. But the 12 month saga of will it happen won’t it happen got to be a real old debate.

I think the 14c remaining open for potentially up to a year could be that cloud above investor/potential investors heads that could negatively influence their investment decisions. Sure would be nice to see it cancelled and if a reverse is required refile a 14c. Otherwise I believe the walking on egg shells lingering impact could be realized here.
