I for sure am not the seasoned trader here. Just a guy watching it every day for years.

“I” think they want three things to come together all at once with a “bang”!

1. Marketing person hired, with announcements, news, press releases. Someone to handle corporate investors on a larger scale.
2. 10-Q (I believe the best quarter the company has ever had!)
3. Up listing to NASDAQ

Personal opinion! In the next 20 days (10-Q is due by May 15)
But sooner than that if I’m guessing, Last reports were a few days early
