Deitsch is supposed to file an 8-K when he becomes involved with a different company, especially as an Officer but Deitsch doesn't know the meaning of transparency.

Let's look at some other companies he was involved with:

Just a quick search and I believe all of these were failures.

First, saying NPHC is selling isn't very accurate - the sales on Amazon are very poor.

You are missing the point - why didn't Deitsch inform investors he was involved in a new company - and no one knows what percentage of the sales NPHC recieves if any.

Deitsch doesn't have any credibility - so it is fair game to question and sopeculate about what is going on.
