It's called research. I DID NOT say Moon Equity Holdings was the subject of a lawsuit, I said one of the aquistions was involving a matter PRIOR to the Aquistion.
In order to state laws and regulations, you must first make sre they are applicable to the situation. You clearly have not done so and do not understand all of the developments and sequences thereof. Take time to do that BEFORE you try and make assertions that are not applicable.
