as i stated in post #124....."don`t marry a bio'........many of these lure you in with the BLANK S-1.........not one bit surprised at this "scum- bag" move by the company.
this is running flat....for a reason......mostly flippers, but the company made statements in the S-1A......that their financial reporting may not be reliable , as we do not have sufficient personnel, to guarantee accuracy....also stated they were in process of hiring additional people in this dept

ambulance chasers will be all over this soon....get out with what you can, as this is un-likely to POP.....and more likely to head south......G L A .....J M H O
