Yes, if I "Get" what you mean, the words out of a Penny Stock Ceo's mouth are suspect? It depends on the Ceo? Though we were getting PRs all the time during the developmental stage, (still going on) and they were substantive, I don't believe that we will receive falsehoods from our Ceo's mouth!

One of the stocks I was in for a while was in a pretty good partnership with a University that held a number of Patents for a substance called CHS, but the partnership broke down, maybe because the Agreement time ran our & nothing was done? The last CEO. (just recently reassigned,) promised everything but the tooth fairy to come to the Co's rescue, after which I didn't believe a word he said! IMO, he was just a gifted talker and had everyone convinced that the Co' was close to commercialization! Maybe the Investors were right when they held on to the shares, but they won't listen to anyone who has other ideas! I left, and it is about 5 years since the dissolution of the partnership, so what does that tell us? It tells us that a pretty good product carries some weight of its own, but to implement it takes a good Team and good CEO! Then there are other systems and products that were developed in those 5 years, and I cannot tell them or the Board will shake loose from the rafters! To the Board members, there is no such thing as obsolescence, and I know a few Co's where they raced far ahead of the old Co' I left, and the Manufacturers won't even look at the Nice, but just might be out of phase with other co's in that sector?

A good CEO, will tell us not only the pertinent facts that are meaningful to the Investors, but won't lie to us, just to give him/her more time to try other things! In the Penny World, it is often famine before success, so they have to keep the Investors in line, and I understand that, but too many negative things can happen in the Penny World, and must be considered, not dismissed!
