More acquisition news. Those who dont know of EPY it is huge company taking in millions and being sold off under bankruptcy. So if all goes right we will acquire EPY way undervalued. EPY is a post covid play for sure. Anyone complaining about PPS and dilution didn't do proper DD before buying NILE. They issued a PR twice about selling $220 million in shares once last year and once this year. The fact they diluted to pay off debt is actually a good thing. Otherwise we would be getting toxic debt and the debt holder be given shares at a discount and the OS would be much larger. Not to mention when the 10Q comes you all will see we have a lot of cash on hand to get any of the business models owned through a storm if it comes. We have lots of cash flow to stay operating in a worse case scenario. so next 10Q will be much more revealing then let 10K. I am loading more here today. Prime buy zone in my opinion as dilution will end soon. NILE
