CEO said no RS for sure. The share structure should be max 450 million by time they are done. As far as delist how is that going to happen? They are on AMEX so there is no PPS price restrictions and they are fully caught up on filings. So no chance of delisting. We have maybe one more week of dilution in my opinion if they are diluting the whole $220 million as planned. So we will rise soon in my opinion. There is a lot going on here with the PPS. We have shorting, we have retail sell off of those who can't wait any longer and we have dilution. All three are negative for PPS. But the RSI is ripe and when they turn off dilution along with the 10Q coming and much more news of added value to the company it will rise back soon. NILE
