Bear market? This been on a decline since Billionaire ceo did an offering last year and another offering in December. Then got a small pump to .94 while buying shares and then hit investors again with another offering.

No wonder why he is a billionaire, buying shares to look good but non stop offerings kills the investors confidence. Look at the history with the company.
