Just to be clear, this is a Reverse Merger play. Financials are meaningless, as are current revenues. Filings posted are to keep the company compliant with the OTC. The possibilities are limitless with CEO John Maddox.

Mr Maddox is a very well respected person within his industry who has been very successful in his area of expertise. I personally am looking forward to seeing this story come together and unfold.

I also updated the company from a Cannabis company to Miscellaneous as the old company is null and void.
