There’s nothing really new in the S-1. They use more words, but they don’t say more stuff. They’re just another OTC company whose story no longer sells stock on the OTC so now they’re doing up an offering to pile up some cash.

The RS followed by the dilutive offering will wipe out the legacy shareholders from the OTC. I’ve watched it 6 times, all 6 were losers for “longs” who held through it
