After going through the old filings, about 41 million shares had been issued to unnamed "third parties" from fiscal years 2009-2010

The balance of shares on March 31, 2008 was 42,649,938

By 2010 the count was 83 million for many years. Then 91 million for past 6 yrs or so

Unsure how many shares may be cancelled. Having filed the petition, it must be worth the time to do so IMO
